The “Beach House” is a lovely two story home in gated Audubon Community. This gulf front home as 5 bedroom, 4.5 baths and sleeps 12 people. It is sure to please the whole family. The kitchen offers lots of room for multiple cooks with new stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blender, under counter ice maker, walk-in pantry, and breakfast bar. The beautiful hardwood floors throughout the living and dining area make it feel like home. The living room is furnished with comfortable couches, with TV and DVD player, and a wood burning fireplace. French doors and large windows line the entire south wall allowing for fantastic views from inside the home. A charcoal grill is ready for cook-outs!
The large master bedroom, with King size bed, TV, and DVD player, has Gulf front views from both south and east windows and access to the Gulf-side deck. The large master bath has a whirl pool tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. The two other first floor bedrooms are furnished with Queen sized beds. They share a bathroom with double vanity, and seperate shower/tub area.
Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms. The first has a Queen bed with TV and private bath. The second is great from kids, with a set of twin beds and a daybed with trundle, small TV and a private bath. All linens and bath towels provided.
The Audubon Bird Sanctuary is a short walk down the beach. You'll enjoy the privacy of the gated community and the solitude of the bird sanctuary. There is amply spaced for kids of all ages to play on the beach in front of the house.
