New to our program, this cozy cottage by the bay offers breath taking views, cool bay breezes, and a place to park the boat!
Step into the comfortably furnished living space with TV/VCR for family movies, and big windows overlooking the Mississippi Sound. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, refrigerator, stove/oven, and sizeable pantry. The dining area offers seating for 6. The front deck also has seating for outdoor family meals.
Lay your head in one of the three bedrooms. The Master bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed and a seating area to enjoy the TV/DVD player. The larg, private Master bath has tub/shower combo and large, single vanity. The laundry room is conveniently attached to the bathroom. Down the hall are two other bedrooms, one furnished for kids with fun bunk beds with a full size bottom bunk and single top bunk. The second bedroom has a full sized bed. The hall bath is convenient to these two bedrooms as well as other guests.
Just down the front steps is your private peir and boat slip. A small beach area is available for the kids to play. Under the house is a porch swing, picnic tables, and swinging lounge for napping in the cool breezes of the Sound.
