Howard is the CEO of Alabama Realty. He was born March 10, 1942 in Mobile Alabama. Graduated from Murphy High School, attended Auburn University, The University of Alabama and the University of South Alabama. Married Irene Brabner Yeager, his high school sweetheart, on September 29, 1961, and they have raised three children; Ashley Yeager Garris, Lesley Yeager Vallas and Jeffery Allen Yeager.

He was a Registered Land Surveyor working for real estate developers until 1976 when he sold his surveying company and decided to use those proceeds and his previous work experience through that point to begin developing real estate.

Around 1980, after Hurricane Fredric devastated the Alabama Gulf Coast, he moved his business to South Baldwin County and developed several properties in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Ono Island. 1990 found him on Beautiful Dauphin Island, a small resort island about three miles off the Alabama Coast, in South Mobile County. This is where he is working today, developing, selling and managing, commercial, residential and resort properties for your enjoyment, "WHETHER FOR A WEEK OR A LIFETIME".
