Phil is a new partner and Senior Vice President in Alabama Realty, LLC working out of the Dauphin Island location. Phil graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors degree in Paper Science. He started his career in Wisconsin with Kimberly-Clark, who moved him all around the country and the world, before moving to International Paper in 1990. IP also put Phil on the road, eventually landing him in Mobile. When given the "opportunity" to move again, Phil formed a local software company with his former boss. Phil's interest in real estate started years ago in Tucson, where his grandmother owned and operated a Real Estate Company and school. Phil and his wife Dot live in Mobile and part-time on Dauphin Island, play golf, continue to travel and are excited to call the Gulf Coast home.
